Spearheading innovation across the multinational healthcare services provider — connecting clinical practice, health technology assessment and corporate strategy across Switzerland, Southern Africa and the UAE. Founded and led the Mediclinic Group's radical innovation hub in Zug, Switzerland — a dedicated unit exploring new models of care, emerging technologies and the long-horizon shape of the hospital of the future. This was later joined by a secondary hub in Barcelona, Spain, for a presence within the EU.
